Being individual pieces means you can customise you floor to create whatever design you want. We can fit borders made up from a selection of design strips and there is a variety of different tile sizes which can be laid as straight plank, diagonal or herringbone pattern.
-
LVT requires a smooth surface for installation. We ensure this by installing a 6mm plywood over any wood floors, a latex screed on any concrete floors or a mixture of both where required.

In our opinion, a glue down product is much better than a click system. The click products are aimed more at DIY installation as they are installed in a similar fashion to laminate flooring. Glue down products offer more customisation options, they are fully stuck down meaning they are less likely to lift and different glues help to cope with changes in temperature, in particular in front of bi fold doors that are often subjected to extreme heat.

Yes, LVT is a very hardwearing product and perfect for busy households and businesses. Another benefit of the glue down products is that if a tile was to get damaged in some way, it’s a really simple job to take up the damaged tile and replace it without having to take up the entire room to get to the problem.
